isport3 Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and isport3 ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement governs all forms of access to and use of the website, services and content provided by isport3.

Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms is considered full acceptance of those changes. It is the user's responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure you are always complying with the latest terms.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use the isport3 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be an individual acting on your own behalf, not a corporate entity or another individual.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition or local regulation that prevents you from using online betting services.
• Not have previously been designated as a blocked or excluded user from the isport3 platform.
• Not be registering on behalf of or in the name of any third party.

isport3 reserves the right to request age verification or identity documents such as MyKad at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Opening more than one account by a single individual is considered fraud and may result in all such accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate and complete information including your full name, MyKad number and a valid mobile phone number.
• Update your account information whenever there are any changes.
• Keep your account password confidential and not share it with any party.
• Notify isport3 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

isport3 is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party if you have failed to take appropriate security measures.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the isport3 platform are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within one hour after the request is approved.

Accepted payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (major Malaysian banks via the FPX system)
• Online banking (FPX)
• Cryptocurrencies: USDT, BTC and ETH

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a method and account registered in the same name as the isport3 account holder. isport3 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on a member's betting activity over time. isport3 reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following while using the isport3 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
• Colluding or forming arrangements with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the system for unauthorised gain.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activities to make deposits into the platform.
• Providing false information or forged documents during registration or the verification process.
• Abusing the bonus system in ways that go against the intended purpose of the promotion.

Any violation of these conduct rules entitles isport3 to take immediate action including temporary account freezing, bonus cancellation, or permanent account termination.

7. Account Termination and Suspension

isport3 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a user account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• The user is found to have breached any term in this agreement.
• Findings from an investigation relating to fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• A request from a relevant authority or law enforcement body.
• The user no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out.

Users may also close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting the isport3 customer support team. Any valid remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once verification checks are complete.

8. Negligence and Limitation of Liability

isport3 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Technical failures beyond isport3's control, including issues with the user's internet connection.
• Disputed game outcomes resulting from technical errors, provided isport3 takes appropriate corrective action.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of isport3 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

isport3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

isport3 will endeavour to inform users of material changes via in-platform notifications or through their registered email. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The isport3 platform operates under an international licence. This agreement is interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws specified in isport3's international licensing terms.

Should any dispute arise, users are encouraged to first contact the isport3 customer support team for direct resolution. Our team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in Bahasa Melayu and English.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it will be referred to the arbitration body designated by the licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
